On behalf of our client, a well-established services management company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer – Paralegal Administrator to join their team in Limassol.  This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast and dynamic environment.   • Being responsible for the proper fiduciary maintenance of a number of Cyprus companies.
  • Formation & Administration of Companies including drafting of bespoke memorandum and articles of associations and shareholder’s agreements.
  • Experience in drafting resolutions, authorisations, drafting of agreements including Sale and Purchase Agreements.
  • Communicate and advise clients on corporate matters.
  • Communicate with the Registrar of Companies, banks, auditors, drafting corporate applications to the court, corporate authorities etc.
  • Working under pressure and within teams to complete projects and client requests
  • Organise Board of Directors, Shareholders’ Annual General and Extraordinary meetings for clients.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Being a Qualified Lawyer with at least 3 years of previous experience as a corporate lawyer or a paralegal secretary with at least 5 years of previous experience within the corporate department of a fiduciary or law firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Registrar of Companies official portal for the submission of the relevant HE forms.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
