A global Accountancy Firm is looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their team in Malta due to their success and continual growth. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years’ experience in corporate services as well as being a smart, confident individual who is highly organised, efficient and technically competent. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collection and verification of due diligence documentation conducted in terms of our client on boarding procedures
  • The incorporation of companies
  • Drafting of resolutions and statutory forms necessary for corporate changes 
  • Preparation of combined Registers and share certificates 
  • Preparation and submission of Beneficial Owner documents upon incorporation and subsequent changes  
  • Liaising with banks and PSPs on a regular basis, understanding account opening processes and requirements and assisting clients with the same;
  • Liaising and corresponding with accountants, auditors, lawyers and other service providers
  • Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and any other regulatory authorities
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate services role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues and service providers alike
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiar with MBR processes and requirements
