Malta’s largest Law firm which offers a boutique approach to their clients is looking for an experienced Corporate Services Officer to join their Corporate Services department in Malta. This is an entry level role to support the team whose main role is the set up and servicing of companies and the administration of trusts. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and be looking for a career in Corporate & Trust Administration. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administering an international client portfolio including complex structures
  • Managing the set up and day-to-day administration of companies and trusts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force
  • Delegating & reviewing of work prepared by junior staff
  • Assisting junior staff with technicalities of corporate process and identifying required changes
  • Assisting with organizing of training and guidance to other team members
  • Liaising with Internal Departments
  • Liaising with external collaborators such as Directors, Accountants, Auditors
  • Providing support to team members and Senior Management as required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Services, experience in customer services would be an asset
  • A team player
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Committed to deliver excellent results
  • Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
