A global Accounting & advisory firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. This is a lovely role with a nice mix of due diligence and corporate administration duties. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be looking for a new challenge.   • Collect and verify due diligence documentation conducted in terms of client on boarding procedures
  • The incorporation and re-domiciliation of companies
  • Draft of resolutions and statutory forms necessary for any corporate changes 
  • Take minutes of meetings as requested by clients
  • Prepare and submit Beneficial Owner documents upon incorporation and subsequent changes  
  • Liaise with banks and PSPs on a regular basis, understand account opening processes and requirements and assist clients with the same;
  • Correspond with accountants, auditors, lawyers and other service providers
  • Liaise with the Malta Business Registry and any other regulatory authorities
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate services role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues and service providers alike
