MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborating with the creative and marketing team to develop visual concepts and designs based on project briefs and client requirements.

Creating compelling and effective designs for both digital and print media.

Developing graphics for a variety of communication channels, including social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, and printed materials.

Working with typography, photography, layouts, colours, and other visual elements to create engaging and well-balanced designs.

Editing and retouching photos and preparing images for different digital and print applications.

Creating and adapting graphic assets in different formats and sizes according to the requirements of each project.

Maintaining visual consistency across different media outlets and ensuring that designs follow the appropriate brand style and guidelines.

Taking creative direction and feedback from the team and making adjustments to designs when required.

Preparing final artwork and ensuring files are suitable for their intended digital or print use.

Working on multiple projects while managing priorities and meeting agreed deadlines.

Keeping an eye on current design styles, social media trends, technology, and developments within the creative and advertising industry.

Bringing fresh ideas and creative input to projects and contributing to team brainstorming sessions.

Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the design process.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Illustration skills and familiarity with AI tools for creative required

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
-
Relevant professional experience in graphic design.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual communication.

Good photo editing and image manipulation skills.

A creative eye and passion for developing fresh and engaging visual content.

Ability to work across both digital and print formats.

Ability to understand a brief, take direction, and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€26,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum
