The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and Greek and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and motivate your team to help them use their talents effectively

Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.

Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.

Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments.

Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as the company’s

Negotiating with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible

Clients Management when necessary

Developing concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities

Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
-
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent command of the English and Greek Language

Educated in Marketing or a similar subject
