A leading international maritime organisation are working in partnership with GRS to recruit a Credit Control Specialist for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will join a global shipping environment and support credit management activities across an international customer portfolio. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to support effective credit control processes.
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment queries, account balances, and outstanding invoices.
  • Track incoming payments and assist with resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit control activities and customer account information.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates regarding collection activities and payment status.
  • Work closely with Finance, commercial teams, and other internal departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Support improvements to credit control processes and payment workflows.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, finance administration, accounting, or a related role will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with financial data.
  • Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000–€36,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative; any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
