The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Credit Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely as a freelance with a friendly team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Issuing invoices to clients through the web-based accounting software of the company

Monitoring collections and chase outstanding receivables including past overdue receivables

Processing payments to suppliers upon receiving instructions and approval from management

Processing payments to staff (net salaries) upon receiving instructions and approval from management
-
Support the finance team in reviewing and reconciling accounting records for VAT submission purposes and to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting

Ad hoc reporting to management
-
Recommending solution to streamline workflow
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field

At least two years of relevant experience

Excellent command of the English languages, both written and spoken

Excellent knowledge of MS office suite (Word and Excel)

Experience of accounting related software
-
Strong analytical, communication and technical skills
-
Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
