A very well-established forex brand based in Limassol is currently looking for a CRM Administrator to join their growing team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the organization's needs and objectives.
  • Administer user accounts, security roles, and access levels within the CRM platform.
  • Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation, and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to users on CRM functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the head of operations, the COO and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements and customizations.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and address issues or discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about CRM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyze CRM data and provide insights to management.
  • Assist with CRM integration projects and migrations, ensuring seamless data transfer and system compatibility.
  • Coordinate with FXBO support to address any issues that may arise and collaborate on finding solutions together after discussing with the relevant departments.
  • Work closely with the head of operations to prioritize tasks and issues submitted, considering limitations on the number of open tickets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with CRM integration and migration projects is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and functionality, including customization, configuration, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
