An international Gaming company is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to join their team in Malta. You will report to the Head of CRM (white label) and be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless automation, and monitoring performance metrics. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, increase brand loyalty, and maximize revenue generation through efficient CRM campaign management. The perfect candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, Re-targeting and Customer Lifecycle Management. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ownership for automating our communication across the various customer touchpoints to take our Customer Lifetime value to the next level 
  • Responsible for building and maintaining all customer journeys driven by the customer platform covering the customer end to end lifecycle
  • Enable the CRM team to plan campaigns while taking every single customer touchpoint into account to create a great customer experience
  • Design and implement automated and personalized customer messaging for effective customer engagement related to various aspects (marketing, account messaging, responsible gambling)
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant internal teams to continuously develop the customer engagement platform and increase effectiveness
  • Responsible for improving major CRM retention KPIs.
  • Responsible for budgeting & forecasting the system and messaging costs 
  • Focus on retention and monetisation, with a strong drive-in leveraging data to achieve performance targets
  • Build and optimize smart customized funnels for segmented users in different life cycles.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer life-cycle journey and identify opportunities to activate, engage and retain customers using all marketing channels.
  • Overseeing end-to-end monitoring of campaign performance.
  • Be prepared to demo the Platform from a CRM perspective to potential new clients for the White Label Business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Superb professional experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Re-targeting and Customer Lifecycle Management; (ideally 3-5 years) 
  • Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style 
  • An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability 
  • Deep understanding of CRM tools and related KPIs 
  • A good technical understanding and the ability to bring out the most value from our CRM technical proposition. In turn, ever evolving how we do CRM, using the strengths of a real time engagement setup.
  • Has worked with external CRM systems in the past and is used to managing and setting up Lifecycle frameworks from the ground up.
  • Ability to mentor CRM Managers on how to use and maximize the potential of our CRM proposition.
