An international Gaming company is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in Malta. You will plan and deliver CRM strategies across the brand, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience as a CRM Manager or be a CRM Coordinator ready to step into Manager shoes. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the brand, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Oversee and analyze campaign performance.
  • Perform end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance.
  • Build & create CRM email templates and marketing materials.
  • Understand players’ journeys within online gaming.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent – advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of HTML and Excel.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role – a must.
  • Sports knowledge – a must.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on a tight deadline and under pressure.
  • Strong initiative.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Having spoken & written Portuguese is considered an advantage
