A rapidly expanding international company with offices in multiple global locations are looking to recruit a CRM Specialist for their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a target focused CRM role providing services to a B2C client portfolio. You will be joining a team of passionate colleagues from around the world in a centrally located modern office.   • Developing automated marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Driving engagement and revenue across digital channels: email, push notification, SMS, etc.
  • Monitoring performance of activity and report back to the team proposing.
  • Maintaining the CRM calendar and ensure it remains up to date with the latest information.
  • Developing CRM roadmap, segmentation, and content planning.
  • Composing creative briefs based upon campaign objectives.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years results-focused CRM experience working with a direct to customer online company.
  • Experience working with Solitics, Salesforce, Optimove or another ESP.
  • An interest in online automated marketing trends & a good understanding of best practice.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good balance of creative and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English.
