Analyst to join their Marketing team in Malta. This is a highly Analytical role focusing on analysing customer experience and behaviour to improve the company’s’ marketing strategy.   • Creating and maintaining efficient commercial reports with a keen eye for identifying changes in trends.
  • Defining and testing of hypotheses with the objective of improving trends to align to commercial and strategic targets.
  • Presenting data-driven recommendations and strategies to the cross-divisional stakeholders, your manager, and the head of marketing.
  • Support in building a reporting and analysis strategy for optimal marketing campaign performance to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability and know-how to develop, explore, analyse and present data and solutions to a business audience.
  • Excited about finding out new ways of analysing large data sets to build reports for projects such as executive dashboards, customer journey analytics, campaign analytics, return on marketing investments, customer response analysis, and so on, to enhance the business knowledge that will be used for making decisions.
  • Provide project leadership on marketing analytics requests, working with stakeholders to develop hypotheses to test.
  • Comfortable with presenting and communicating relevant insights to business stakeholders and making recommendations that are aligned to business strategy and targets.
  • Fully proficient in Excel and SQL, you have experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of testing concepts such as Target/Control group and A/B testing
