On behalf of our client one of the world’s largest financial services companies we are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Management experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department, including the direct supervision of Team Leads.
  • Ensure the teams respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Assess and adjust customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Manage Customer Service teams across remote offices.
  • Manage headcount for the Customer Service team.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Work closely with other Customer Service teams and in departments across the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience managing Team Leads is favorable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in Fintech is favorable.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer first approach.
