MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and CRM tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- To resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Receiving customer orders via phone/email, inputting them into SAP, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of customer needs, minimizing delays or errors.
- Issuing, activating, adjusting limits, and resolving transaction or system issues
- Smooth daily card usage for customers and supports operational and commercial reliability and control.
- Updating customer master data, processing internal approvals, generating reports via SAP and Excel.
- Ensure data integrity, support decision-making, and enable accurate financial and commercial operations.
- Communicating promotion mechanics, tracking participation, answering customer queries.
- Support marketing campaigns and drive engagement and sales volume from retail channels.
- Liaising with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and Engineering to ensure cross-functional execution of tasks.
- To act as the operational backbone that connects departments and ensures a unified customer approach.
- Assisting station dealers with operational issues, barcode entries, price updates, and promo communication.
- Ensure smooth retail operations and alignment with central commercial policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Qualification

Proven experience of 2 years as a customer support or a similar position

Computer literate (Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Internet)

Excellent use of Greek and English languages

Holder of Cypriot or EU driving license

Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek/English.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and practices such as SAP
