The successful candidate will speak Russian, English, and Greek and enjoy helping others. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering and actioning incoming calls

Account management of existing customers

Registering tickets

Arranging technician visits

Developing new sales opportunities through outbound calling

Selling the company’s services
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Confident with computer skills including Word, Excel

Knowledge of Russian, English and Greek languages

Previous work experience in a telecommunications company is considered an advantage.
