A growing telecommunications company is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in their Limassol-based offices.   The successful candidate will speak Russian, English, and Greek and enjoy helping others.  If you want to join a company with a friendly environment and opportunity for growth, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Customer Service Officer role.  
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering and actioning incoming calls
  • Account management of existing customers
  • Registering tickets
  • Arranging technician visits
  • Developing new sales opportunities through outbound calling
  • Selling the company’s services
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Confident with computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of Russian, English and Greek languages
  • Previous work experience in a telecommunications company is considered an advantage. 
  • Right to work in the EU
