GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an online brand in Limassol who are searching for a caring and customer focused individual to join the Brand team as a Customer Service Support officer. The successful candidate will have a clear and confident telephone manner with solid MS office Skills. Full training is provided for this role and no experience is required. This position will be working on a rotational shift including night shifts and weekends. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of making sure that the customers in your market are having a top-notch experience
- Caring for new customers and make sure they are having a great experience
- Creating individualized campaigns and communicating them to the customers by phone, emails and SMS.
- Providing help to customers experiencing problems in the payment process
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An extensive training package is provided by the company.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: English, French or Dutch
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and self-manage your workload
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Positive attitude
- Result oriented
- Computer literate
