On behalf of our client, an innovating online marketplace and sourcing platform for the aviation industry, GRS are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Manager for their office based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in Customer Success role and the outbound for proactive calls. This is a great opportunity for a newly growing company who believes in long term relationships.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure conversion of registered users and retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals through using the systems
  • Proactively approach new prospect and convert them to users and power users
  • Build trust relationships with the accounts under your management
  • Sale and promote paid services
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Business Management or any other relevant field
  • At least one year of experience in customer success role and outbound proactive calls
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Ability to hit targets
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
