On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Manager for a leading service provider company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience as a Success Manager or Account Manager ideally within the FX industry or the Gaming industry and must be fluent in English.  If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to join a team of high calibre professionals and being the point of contact for clients within the company, we look forward to receiving your application for this Limassol based Customer Success Manager role. 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and analyze the customers’ needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
  • Owning customer relationships as the main point of contact in the company 
  • Guidance and advice for enhancing the use of the systems
  • Project management and crisis resolution
  • Ongoing customer enablement to ensure that all company’s clients are satisfied  
  • Be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers, and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company 
  • Be the main point of contact between the company and a number of clients
  • Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-3 years’ experience as Success manager/Support rep/Account Manager is a must
  • Experience in the online Forex or Gaming industry will be considered as a major advantage
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple projects, risks and issues
  • Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
  • Ability to work effectively with and balance the needs of both Business and Engineering team members
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
