The successful candidate will be handling incoming and outgoing communication from the companies’ clients in the EMEA region. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage proactively with the company’s clients on a regular basis to improve the relationship and expand the company’s network.

On-board and support your clients throughout their client journey.

Managing product campaigns to provide new ideas and solutions to the company’s clients.

Engage with customers providing confidence in the company’s solutions and enhance continued customer loyalty.

Maintaining and updating client records in the company’s CRM systems

Assisting clients and escalate their queries to the relevant departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or in any other related field.

Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal
-
Strong communication skills
-
Travel may be required (depending on COVID-19 guidelines at present)
