The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year’s previous working experience in a Customer Support or Sales position in a regulated financial services company and speak fluent English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs

Handle all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls

Additional duties assigned by the customer support department

Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a Customer Support or Sales position in a regulated financial services company

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
-
Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications

Attention to detail

Professionalism, good work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player

Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis

Flexible to work on Cyprus Public holidays on rotation
