GRS working closely with a well-established Forex company in Limassol are currently recruiting a motivated Customer Support Officer to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs
  • Handle all client queries via live chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Additional duties assigned by the customer support department
  • Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a Customer Support or Sales position in a regulated financial services company
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Professionalism, good work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player
  • Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis
  • Flexible to work on Cyprus Public holidays on rotation
