On behalf of our client, a group of companies specialising in the Maritime and Shipping Services, GRS are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Tier 1) to join their Customer Support team in Limassol. Through this job opportunity, the successful candidate will have the chance to enrich their knowledge and acquire hands-on experience in the Customer Support field. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide “Tier 1” customer support
  • Assist and resolve daily technical issues remotely
  • Activation/Deactivation of company's services e.g., Broadband, Telephony, Ship security Alert systems, Email etc.
  • Logistics for the delivery of company's products and services
  • Prepare, setup and test of developed value-added services
  • Inform the Customer Support Manager on a day-to-day operations matter
  • To back-up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations
  • Respond to customer and supplier’s general inquiries as necessary and coordinate with the Customer Support Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant degree
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work individually
  • Ability to work shifts, on a rotational basis (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Self-motivated and driven
