Our client, a dynamic and growing Forex Trading company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will have preferably have previous experience in a customer service role and excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with our customers and their internal teams in providing a high-quality service.
  • Assist with the collation of KYC documents for new clients and partner with our customer’s internal teams in ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support our customers’ clients via chat/email/phone and assist with any troubleshooting.
  • Support our customers internal departments with any ad hoc information or data request.
  • Where relevant, identify and enhance internal procedures, systems and controls.
  • Completing any ad-hoc projects as instructed from time to time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferable
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve results
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
  • Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems/ platforms quickly and efficiently
