GRS are working in close partnership with a well-established online marketing company based in central Limassol. Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join their team. This company has been established in Cyprus for over 5 years and is a leading provider in online gaming content and gaming platforms. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
  • Answering client’s requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
  • Maintaining professionalism at all instances
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Able to work shifts on rotation (40 hours per week)
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Attention to details and quality of work
