MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To receive enquires from the customer through various media
  • To process these, from the enquiries stage to the invoice stage where applicable, including regular follow up and reminders
  • To coordinate the Principal, Supplier, Customer, forwarding agents interaction through all of the sales processes including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt and acknowledgement
  • Request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalisation, invoicing, etc. (where applicable)
  • Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork
  • To back-up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations
  • To respond to customer and suppliers’ general inquiries as necessary and coordinate with the Manager
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • College or University Degree. Any additional Certificates (type writing, languages, etc.) will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong organization and time-management stills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
