A well-established CySEC regulated Forex company with global operations, are currently working with GRS to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their dynamic team in Limassol.  The successful candidate must be fluent in English and be willing to work on a 24/5 weekly basis shift.  If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to join one of the most reputable Forex companies in Cyprus, we are looking forward to receiving your application for this Limassol based Customer Support Officer role. 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is high by continuously improving the services offered
  • Process any financial transaction for customers e.g. deposits and withdrawals
  • Process clients’ bonuses
  • Be responsible for all clients’ inquiries via phone, email or live chat
  • Ensure that all clients’ information is up to date in the company’s relevant system
  • Be involved in the complaint’s handling process by ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work alongside the other departments of the company where needed
  • Execute KYC checks to ensure that all clients are in line with the regulations and procedures of the company
  • Generate various reports regarding number of accounts, financial transactions etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of a University degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role will be considered as a major advantage
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle a continuously changing environment 
  • Willing to work 24/5 shifts: Morning shift 8.00 – 16.00, Evening shift 16.00 – 24.00, Night shift 24.00 – 8.00
