GRS Recruitment are working with a CySEC regulated investment firm, in order to recruit a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Officer to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to provide high quality support.   • Monitor all incoming transactions of the clients
  • Run electronic verification
  • Request and review KYC documents
  • Ensuring quality customer support through live chats, emails and phone
  • Managing and updating customer records
  • Ensuring that documentation is kept up to date and accurate in compliance with regulations
  • Handling back office queries
  • Deliver service and support to clients through live chats, emails, phone calls, and meetings
  • Provide general information in regards, to the company platforms and services offered
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle welcome calls /call back requests
  • Assist clients who wish to open trading accounts
  • Excellent command of Portuguese and English language, written and oral
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills  and ability to work in a team
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office tools, Meta trader platforms
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks successfully
  • University Degree
  • CySec advanced diploma will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifts
