Our Client, an international payment solutions provider with offices in Nicosia, is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and either Spanish, Norwegian, or Japanese and flexible to work on a shift basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to client’s enquiries through phone, email, and live chat

Feedback all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff

Record and maintain customer information in company’s systems

Daily customer data entry and maintenance
-
Produce regular reporting, including analyses of statistical data on query trends, peak times etc. and to record data based on customer pain points

Work on shift basis, covering weekdays, weekends and public holidays
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous customer support experience will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English language and Spanish, Norwegian or Japanese at a professional level

Computer literate

Exceptional communication and organisational skills

Attention to details and procedures

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
