On behalf of our client, a company operating within the FX industry with offices in Limassol, GRS are looking for a native Japanese speaker to join the Customer Support team. The successful candidate must be a native Japanese speaker and should ideally have previous working experience within the Forex Industry in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively handle new and existing client base and customer support via live chat, email and phone

Perform due diligence on customers, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification from the payment team

Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties
-
Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
-
Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s requests
-
Handling customer complaints
-
Servicing applicants by providing product and service information and resolving problems through the company’s customer support platform.

Any other ad-hoc task that may be requested
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English, both written and verbal

Previous working experience in a similar role ideally within the Forex industry

Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
