On behalf of our client, a company operating within the FX industry with offices in Limassol, GRS are looking for a native Japanese speaker to join the Customer Support team. The successful candidate must be a native Japanese speaker and should ideally have previous working experience within the Forex Industry in a similar role.   • Effectively handle new and existing client base and customer support via live chat, email and phone
  • Perform due diligence on customers, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification from the payment team
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties
  • Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
  • Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s requests
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Servicing applicants by providing product and service information and resolving problems through the company’s customer support platform.
  • Any other ad-hoc task that may be requested
  • Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous working experience in a similar role ideally within the Forex industry
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
