For their team in Limassol, they are currently looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate must have a high fluency in Portuguese and English languages and ideally have experience in a previous customer support role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing due diligence on customers, requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification from the payment team
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external parties
  • Maintain continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated
  • Extra tasks upon request
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English languages at a professional level
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills.
