A licensed online gaming company based in Nicosia, are working with GRS to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their rapidly expanding team.  The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a Customer Support or a Call Centre role and will be fluent in both Greek and English.  Our client is offering an excellent remuneration package including annual bonus and an enthusiastic environment working in the city centre of Nicosia.  If you have the necessary skills and experience, we look forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia based Customer Service Representative position.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deal directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
  • Answer client’s requests
  • Promote products and services to clients
  • Optimise customers’ satisfaction
  • Interact with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Immediately available
  • Able to work on shifts if needed 
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Proven experience of using computers and software
  • Good typing skills
  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual
  • Team player
