On behalf of our client, an established international Call Centre based in Athens GRS Recruitment Malta are currently recruiting Customer Support Representatives speaking Maltese to join their expanding team in Athens (Greece). The successful candidates will handle and respond to Customers’ requests through multiple communication channels while update CRM systems with all requested information appropriately. You will also need to maintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.   • Strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customer to achieve a successful outcome to his/her enquiry
  • Provide Support Services for Google My Business
  • Log calls/cases into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems
  • Track and follow cases to ensure that they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and always show empathy
  • Follow Contact Centre procedures and ensure availability to take calls, adopting the transaction handling procedure and AUX code guidelines
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Follow escalation policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback to his/her superior on new/emerging issues that have been identified and work to proactively highlight areas that need to be improved
  • Take on board feedback and adapt skills accordingly
  • Follow and apply Regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security
  • Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively manage customer enquiries via all types of channels
  • Fluency in Maltese and English, additional languages will be considered advantageous
  • Previous call centre or related experience is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Extensive use of Google products
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly
  • Ability to approach problems logically and act on own initiative
  • Complete relocation support (flight ticket to Greece, 2-week hotel accommodation)
  • Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per year
