DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system and e-mail

Answering clients’ requests

Promoting products and services to clients

Optimize customers’ satisfaction

Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs

Maintaining professionalism in all instances
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)

Experience preferred but not mandatory

Excellent command of the English language

Attention to detail and quality of work

Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
