GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established Cypriot Investment Company, regulated by CySEC, to recruit a Customer Support Specialist for their office in Limassol. The successful candidate will manage client requisitions and monitor KYC procedures. If you are looking for your next opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Remote customer support, communicating via phone, Skype, email, chat
  • Doing initial due diligence on customer documents for account opening in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Updating client personal data
  • Continue monitoring of KYC client documentation
  • Assisting the AML department in the verification and monitoring of accounts
  • Interaction with other departments on various tasks (client and internal queries)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in financial services can be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy and experience on Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English (additional language will be as an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented and focused
