GRS are working with an exciting international gaming company who are looking to expand their office in Larnaca with a Customer Support Team Leader. If you are passionate and have excellent general sports knowledge, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Customer Support Team Leader role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Checking attendance of employees
  • Reporting & Results Analysis
  • Tracked events that impact KPIs
  • Generate and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Analysis of processed tickets. Tracing failures in consultation provision
  • Support Head of Customer Operations and performs management duties when direct manager is absent or out of office
  • Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proficiency in core computer systems (Microsoft- Excel, Outlook) with strong written, verbal and, professional communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized
  • Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
  • Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, team and analytic problem-solving skills
  • Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
  • Fluent English, with French being an advantage
