MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent English is essential.

2-3 years of Customer service experience in the financial industry(forex) is highly preferred
-
A second language is advantageous, preferably multilingual skills in French, German, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Chinese

Decision-making skills will be an added advantage

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
-
Experience working with customers is strongly desired

Availability to work in rotating shifts

Must have full rights to stay and work in Cyprus
