Our client, a leading international service provider for the gaming industry in Malta is now due to growth-seeking a Data Analyst, to join their rapidly growing team in Malta. To be successful in this role you would need at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and have good knowledge of reporting/analytical platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI.  MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyse reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis and accordingly identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Build and publish effective Business Intelligence solutions and Analytical visualizations for end users in Tableau knowledge.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical and analytical techniques.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboard visuals used for reporting and monitoring.
  • Ensure the Upkeep of the internal database by updating general information, tables, and/or queries.
  • Collaborate with BI teams and other departments to retrieve and/or improve data.
  • Ensure that data used for monitoring and reconciliation purposes is correct by identifying improvements in business cases and/or integrations with new providers.
  • Make necessary changes on the provider routing platform if and when required.
  • Assist the Payment Solutions team by updating them with performance metrics of different payment solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • As a minimum of 2 years previous work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Working knowledge of reporting/analytical platforms such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to be part of a team but also a strong independent member
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English.
