MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Gather and compile data from various internal systems (betting platform, CRM, marketing tools, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across sources
- Maintain and optimize dashboards and databases
- Analyze player activity, betting behavior, and market trends
- Develop regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across departments
- Monitor KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, product usage, and revenue
- Segment users for targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, bonuses, and marketing campaigns
- Provide insights on sportsbook and casino product performance
- Identify anomalies or potential fraud risks through pattern analysis
- Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights for product development, customer experience, and operations.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop predictive models for customer churn, lifetime value, and betting behavior
- Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate business strategies
- Work closely with marketing, finance, product, compliance, and customer support teams
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Support regulatory reporting (e.g., AML, KYC behavior triggers)
- Assist in responsible gambling profiling and player monitoring
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gaming/betting industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of betting products (sportsbook, casino, live games) is highly desirable
