An international forex company with offices in Limassol is looking for a Russian speaking Dealer to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of previous dealing experience, have knowledge of trading software, and be a holder of the CySEC advanced certificate or willing to complete it in the first 6 months. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring the FX, CFDs trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures;

Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms;

Monitor company’s exposure;

Providing key parties with daily trading statistics;

Maintaining close relationships with Liquidity and Data Providers;

Maintaining deal recording and PnL on a daily basis;
-
Prepare reports for the Management;
-
Monitoring reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution for both, clients with the company and company with liquidity providers;

Developing and optimizing eFX pricing and execution strategies;
-
Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers and execute clients’ trades;
-
Applying and monitoring the Company's “Order Execution Policy” and “Best Execution Policy”;
-
Quoting, confirming, and transmitting client trades in line with the company’s policy and procedures;

Identify and respond to any possible fraudulent trading activity or suspicious activity.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or other related fields;

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is a must;

Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 or any other trading software;

Excellent command of the English and Russian language;

Very good numerical and analytical skills;

A genuine interest in the financial markets;

Knowledge of SQL will be considered as an advantage;

CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage (or willing to pass an exam in the first 6 months).
