GRS Recruitment is working with a leading international financial services organisation in Limassol that is seeking an experienced Dealer to join its growing team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and oversee the company's dealing systems

Prepare and analyse complex reports to support business and trading activities

Liaise with liquidity providers and aggregators to ensure optimal pricing and execution

Perform hedging activities and monitor trading risk exposure
-
Monitor market developments and stay informed of trends across major currency pairs
-
Provide market updates and operational support to colleagues across various departments
-
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealing function
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Dealer or similar trading operations role
-
University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field

Holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate
-
Strong knowledge of MT4, MT5 and/or cTrader platforms, including Admin and Manager functionalities

Excellent command of the English language
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability and willingness to work on a shift rotation schedule

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum
