One of the world’s largest financial services companies are working with GRS to recruit a Dealer to join their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Dealer in Forex and be looking to move into a position with strong career prospects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring the Financial Markets
  •  Implementing the hedging strategies defined by VP manager
  • Supervising the procedures done by the Dealers
  • Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency Pairings.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the Company’s systems and trading platforms.
  • Investigating Hedge cost - Analysis
  • Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A university degree is Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience working as a Dealer.
  • CySEC exam is a must.
  • Well-developed trading skills.
  • Ability to execute manually.
  • SQL knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
  • Well known with Best Execution Policies and Procedures.
  • Able to handle operation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Analysis and reasoning capability.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Excel experience is a must.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Able to work shifts and weekends, which are paid extra.
