A globally regulated CFD and Forex Broker with Head Quarters in Australia and further offices internationally, is seeking to recruit a Risk and Trading Operator to join their growing team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have experience in a dealing role and must hold CySEC Advance. This role requires the selected candidate to work 16:30 – 00:30 Monday to Friday. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop further within the Dealing and Risk department.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology system monitoring

Troubleshooting

Project Work (primarily product development).

“Clear down” – ensure overnight account management processes are complete

Daily handover to risk team in Australia

Monitoring market risk

Facilitating short selling
-
Monitoring and investigating real time alerts

Authorizing orders through pre trade filters

Assessing post trade market misconduct alerts

Margin Calls / liquidations
-
Executing hedge trades
-
Dealing
-
Order Audits
-
Client Queries via phone and live chat
-
Identifying toxic order flow
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or any other relevant field
-
At least 1 year of experience in a Dealing position

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Good organisational and interpersonal skills

Excellent Excel skills
