Deputy Head of Internal Marketing - Limassol
Our client, a dynamic and innovative gaming company, is seeking a Permanent Deputy Head of Internal Marketing to join their team in Limassol. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional gaming experiences, this private company employs between 66 to 250 people and offers an exciting and collaborative work environment. The Deputy Head of Internal Marketing supports the Head of Internal Marketing in developing and executing strategies to enhance internal communication, foster employee engagement, and promote the company's brand values within the organization. This role involves managing internal marketing campaigns, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all internal channels. The Deputy Head of Internal Marketing is accountable to the Head of Internal Marketing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Marketing to align internal marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Gather feedback from employees to improve internal marketing efforts and enhance engagement.
- Promote the company's mission, vision, and values through internal marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage internal marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support and mentor junior members of the internal marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to internal marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate in Marketing / Communications, English or related subject. Further qualifications in studies relating to leadership/ management will be considered an advantage.
- Strong technical skills specifically in HTML and CSS. Knowledge of how to write clean and responsive HTML email templates that are compatible with various email clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of contacts, demonstrate tact and persuasiveness.
- Able to manage the completion of several tasks simultaneously, delegate appropriately and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate positive leadership and management qualities.
- Interest and ability to coach and develop others to success.
- Embrace change and possess high levels of resilience.
