MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily store’s operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Develop business strategies in order to raise customers’ experience, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Train, mentor, motivate and offer constructive feedback to the team

Ensure high level customers’ satisfaction through excellent service

Recruit new employees
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree or equivalent qualification
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail environment or sales field with team management responsibilities

Proven experience as a Store Manager (will be an asset)

Excellent use of English language and computer knowledge

Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
