A well-established international specialist in eLearning and human capital management software for safety-critical industries are working with GRS to recruit a Digital Learning Designer for their Limassol based operation. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a learning design development role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop products that are to “best-in-class” standard in terms of quality, functionality, innovation, design, appeal, technical correctness, compatibility, and effective learning.

Design, build and develop creative and effective content for digital learning delivery.

Work with colleagues across the organisation to publish, edit and maintain content.

Work with colleagues and clients to create new and innovative functionality for content.

Generate ideas for new content design.

Support the team’s activity on a day-to-day basis including managing content, fixes and changes, budgets and reporting, user queries, and other relevant tasks.

Support, plan and develop internal and external content deliverables.

Support internal sales proposals and costing.

Support clients to develop design concepts.

Facilitate and manage external stakeholders and 3rd party supplier relationships.

Coach, develop and support team members.

Take responsibility for the timeliness and quality of asset delivery across all platforms and marketing media.

Develop and maintain best practice documentation and guidelines for internal use.

To produce, edit, code and publish digital content, in collaboration with other departments, for use on the intranet or other platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in a learning design development role.

Educated to minimum degree level in Digital Media / Digital Communication or related arena.

An understanding of safety critical industries.
