A well-established international specialist in eLearning and human capital management software for safety-critical industries are working with GRS to recruit a Digital Learning Designer for their Limassol based operation. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a learning design development role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop products that are to “best-in-class” standard in terms of quality, functionality, innovation, design, appeal, technical correctness, compatibility, and effective learning.
  • Design, build and develop creative and effective content for digital learning delivery.
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to publish, edit and maintain content.
  • Work with colleagues and clients to create new and innovative functionality for content.
  • Generate ideas for new content design.
  • Support the team’s activity on a day-to-day basis including managing content, fixes and changes, budgets and reporting, user queries, and other relevant tasks.
  • Support, plan and develop internal and external content deliverables.
  • Support internal sales proposals and costing.
  • Support clients to develop design concepts.
  • Facilitate and manage external stakeholders and 3rd party supplier relationships.
  • Coach, develop and support team members.
  • Take responsibility for the timeliness and quality of asset delivery across all platforms and marketing media.
  • Develop and maintain best practice documentation and guidelines for internal use.
  • To produce, edit, code and publish digital content, in collaboration with other departments, for use on the intranet or other platforms.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in a learning design development role.
  • Educated to minimum degree level in Digital Media / Digital Communication or related arena.
  • An understanding of safety critical industries.
