An international Lead Generation company, with offices in Malta, Spain and the US is searching for a Digital Marketing Intern to join their team in Malta. They believe this would be a great opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate to gain an excellent overview into various Digital Marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field and be passionate in wanting to expand their knowledge. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for the audiences

Monitor digital marketing campaigns based on goals and KPIs

Generate traffic to the website to grow website revenue

Develop your professional skills to grow both within the company and your own skillset

Optimise the content posted on social channels to gain the best traction.

Work directly with the Product Owners to achieve marketing goals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field

Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups

Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
-
A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively

Familiarity with posting to social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter)

Willingness to learn and develop marketing skills

Competitive and proactive attitude
-
Fluency in English.
