A successful and growing digital marketing agency are working with GRS to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager in Larnaca. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and Greek and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Identifying and testing new digital platforms and tools
- Using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic
- Tracking consumers’ purchase behavior
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of the English and Greek Language
- Educated in Marketing or a similar subject
