On behalf of our Client, we are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to join a Forex Broker based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in analytical, data-driven environments. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up, analyze and optimize paid digital campaigns
  • Track and regularly report on campaign and channel KPIs and ROI to the management team
  • Take ownership of the Google Analytics account and develop a multi-attribution model
  • Own and develop a cohesive, full-funnel and results-oriented digital campaigns strategy across different channels
  • Translate data into clear actionable insights across digital channels to address key strategic questions and deliver against our online KPIs
  • Develop test plans to continually test and refine campaigns
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with all marketing members to ensure the digital marketing is in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Report on competitor marketing and market trends to better optimize channels
  • Experiment and implement new growth strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns to meet campaign objectives (Google Ads - Search, Display, Video, App, Remarketing, and Paid Social - FB for Business, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Hands-on experience setting up tracking of campaigns
  • Experience working with AppsFlyer or other mobile tracking technologies
  • Experience working in analytical, data-driven environments, and the ability to understand and extract audience insights from a variety of tools and data sets (Google Analytics, MixPanel, and similar data analytics platforms)
  • Performance marketing experience in the Forex industry is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
