Our client employs over 100 people and offers more than 20 applications supporting operational businesses in their daily work. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Improve customer experience and company performance

analyze business processes and define requirements to optimize applications

Cooperation and communication with local stakeholders

Deliver marketing strategy

Create and manage global Google Marketing (PPC) campaigns

Improve campaigns to generate a higher online turnover

Improve conversion rate

Perform a/b tests

Create digital marketing roadmap and milestones

Research and report on digital marketing trends

Analyzing success of campaigns and ROI

On top working closely with Technology teams to promote internal developed products
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Digital marketing and online marketing expert

Working several years with Google Marketing, performance marketing and others such as Facebook Advertising

Capable of owning and driving the global Google Marketing campaigns

Know how to generate leads and improve the conversion rate

Creativity and an out-of-the-box thinking approach - passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Ability to work independently and within a team

Fluent English

Willing to travel occasionally

Able to work under deadlines
