The successful candidate will have relevant experience in digital marketing and speak fluent English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to improve ad relevance and targeting.

A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tag creation, link building, and technical SEO.

Perform keyword research to target high-value search terms.

Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

Design and create high-converting landing pages optimized for lead generation and user experience.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure landing pages align with overall marketing goals.

A/B test landing page elements (headlines, CTAs, layouts) to continuously improve conversion rates.

Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports with actionable insights.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Use data to recommend and implement improvements to existing campaigns and strategies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google Ads campaigns, SEO, and creating landing pages.

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, especially in campaign optimization and lead generation.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page design.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
